How can I text my crush to be in a study group with me? I asked her today, and she said yes at first, but then she said she may be studying with someone else (she is not just blowing me off - believe me, I'm deep in the friend zone). I want to follow up with her, what is something that I can say to let her know I am interested in having her join me?

Tell her your group has coffee and actually have coffee if she says she'll come. Coffee is needed to study.
