Following your path of logic, it's definitely plausible. However, I wouldn't get too caught up in the names some of these phenomena are given. The name given to a set phenomenon does not necessarily mean that a name indicating the opposite would coincide with symptomatic polarity.

You're looking at polar opposites in terminology alone- not a subset. A subset would be something within the spectrum of a said disorder. What you have proposed are on completely opposite of each other and would be completely unique in the same way that clinical depression and mania are described as separate disorders.
