There is genetic differences at times. With black people in america, black people are more prone to certain diseases because of racist scientific engineering that happened in the 20th century. There not genetically weaker or anything. There genetically stronger sometimes. Sometimes being stronger or weaker is linked to genetic engineering stuff.

And we are not literally "all the same" and sometimes people say that because they wanna be racially colorblind or they think that will unite the races more and they are failing to account some things when they say it because we are more alike than different for sure were all people but genetic or cultural differences will always exist
