I dont think its an American military issue. When the Soviets occupied Germany they went on a rape rampage of an estimated 1.5 million women and girls. 150,000 died from being repeatedly raped up 60-70 times in a row. Basically every place the Soviets occupied it's female civilians were subjected to rape ages 8-80. Then there's nanking. The Japanese did the same thing to Chinese women and girls. The German soldiers kidnapped and raped soviet women. Basically everytime there is a war there is rape of its women throughout history. No-one is exempt. No race. No country is without something like that happening. Some on a larger scale than others. Some are more brutal. So again. It is not an American military thing. It's a humanity thing. Maybe we should just call it a male thing. And lump all males together as one and label them all rapists regardless if they have ever committed the act of rape or not. But that would be stupid wouldn't it? To condemn all guilty for the actions of few?

It was a dash cam video of a brick or big rock falling off the top of a passing truck on the highway and it smashed through the windshield on the passenger side and hit the guy's wife right in the face and killed her.
