What do you think of people with neck tattoos?

I think guys with then look like thugs or trailer trash and girls look like Nymphos.

I dont include those on the back of the neck that girls can cover with hair, they look tragic, those girls look like cockteases. pretending to be rebellious but fail.

They will want to get rid of them, eventually.
Our society still discriminates. When you get out of college and get turned down for some jobs you would die for, that ink is going to be gone.
Some neck stuff can be hidden, but it's harder than say on upper arms, legs, etc.
I would absolutely never mark myself like that. Just me now, that's all.

I love tattoos and have one myself. I do think though that when people get neck or face tats they might as well read "Please don't hire me". It's sad but they're considered career-enders by most, and I actually know quiet a few places that won't do hands, necks, or faces because of that stigma.

one tattoo, wow you must really love them. think thats the point, to show you dont/wont work a normal job. surprised place won't do them as most tattooist i have visited have hand neck and face tattoos

It's because I spend a lot of time planning mine out and finding just the right design to display the message I want. I have 3 more in mind already and am working on getting the art just right before I put them on my body.
I also love tattoos on other people. I think they're beautiful and a lowly way to display yourself and art. Just because I only have one myself doesn't mean I don't love them enough.

All depends on how they look. Shouldn't be judged for where you get em, just on the quality. Don't like facial or head tattoos at all though.

I know this is horrible and I think it's because my Dad was a correctional officer but I ALWAYS assume he/she has been an inmate and it's a prison tattoo.

My opinion is that depending on the tattoo itself there's exceptions but I find them nice on both genders.

Easily identifiable markings. Example: identification of a corpse or notable characteristic for a police report.
