I love tats and if they are done right and good they are beautiful we all have our own form our own feathers a balance kinda like ,, what you would look like if the wind was blowing really hard and and ur hair was blowing straight back and u shaped a picture,, it's the same way with a neck tat it has to fit you perfect it's art it needs to have a balance of in motion sharp and adds to you and ur features as one there beautiful if they move with you.. ,,
And just so wrong if the don't move with you and they are just a pretty blob

I think that a tattoo (s) on anyone would need to be a very special reason. Like some of the tribal/cultural tattoos I've seen. Don't get me wrong most people have them for a reason. You can tell a lot about a person from their tattoos / clothes etc I find it fascinating. I myself contemplated getting some was I was a lot younger as a musician in a band.

I dont like any tattoo, that can't be cover up ! For , job interviews, government jobs, weddings, funerals , church , etc.
