It's truly dependent upon what size the girl gets. Of course, I myself like a girl that's at least a D cup, or a tad bit larger. Though, people have misconceptions about those that get boob jobs. My brothers girlfriend had gotten a boob job last year, and has never looked better. She went from a B cup to a small D cup, and everyone compliments her. They aren't robust, and are more appealing to the eyes. Same thing happened with 3 or 4 of my friends growing up. Each of them had A or B cups, and received boob jobs in order to have C or D cups. It's all in general perspective of what the end goal is.

It usually depends on the surgeon/boob job in particular. Yes, some look very bad, lopsided, very visible scars on the underside of her boobs, etc. And then there are really tiny girls that have obviously large boobs that don't go with their frame at all. Some small girls just have big boobs, but I'd say it's a pretty general rule that if she's slim all over, so will her boobs.
However, I've seen boob jobs that look absolutely amazing. Plenty of nice jiggle to them, great size, great shape, no scars, balanced out, and just really nicely done. So the 'rule' that fake automatically equals terrible is a bit silly.
Take the boobs as they come instead of making your mind up about all of them before you meet them :)

I couldn't agree more, not only do they look strange but they feel strange too. There is nothing nicer enjoying the feel of a beautiful natural boob! I could play with them all night long.
