My boyfriend has been telling me that I should get a boob job and he has offered to pay for it. I take it he doesn't like my boobs?

Ummm... first of all dear, your boobs are bigger than mine and my boyfriend LOVES mine, so you do not need to waste money on that. Honestly, I believe if it's something YOU and You alone want them please check into several medical opinions.

If a women has had some sort of issue / problem that would require it due to medical need then your partner should be in complete and total support, but never throw money at a human to change something for them, the minute they get tired or see a new model or a better model they will run away not walk.
