My boobs are HUGE?

I have a 36F breasts size and it's really bothering me. Other girls are always like 'you should be happy, you're lucky~', but I honestly hate my chest size.
You know, it probably wouldn't bother me that much if I wasn't way too short.
I'm 159 cm and before you say 'try losing weight, it helps' I tried and it feels like it didn't help at all. My boobs just look really huge, considering my body proportions, because my waist is really thin and eventho my hips are a bit bigger too, I can't ever compare it to my chest size.
I feel really anxious everytime I get the stares of men centrainly looking at my chests, that is -most of the time- bouncing up and down uncontrollably. I also have back pains and have been diagnosed with scoliosis... Is there a way to SOMEHOW reduce my breasts size (without getting plastic surgery)?

I am not a doctor, but getting more muscled will help you with the back pain I think. Still, it seems like your breasts are really out of proportion indeed, I do not know what your weight is? Have you considered going to a chiropractor?

Anyway, I know that the mother of my boyfriend did do surgery to reduce here breast size in her twenties. She went to a B-cup even. I do not know what her orginal cupsize was, but she experienced back problems from it as well. Her breasts have grown back to a D-cup, but she is very happy about it. She is almost 60 now.

The thing is, this is not really about those guys looking at it or not. You have a serious health problem if you have been diagnosed with socliosis. Don't let the sexualization of breasts distract you from the fact that this is unhealthy! If you'd have something on your foot that would cause you back pain and even scoliosis, you would also want to do something about it, right?

You are only 19 now, you SHOULDN'T be having back problems. If this continues like it is you might have very serious problems at later age. Please do contact a professional about this again and ask them for advice. If surgery is the only option, try to consider it.

I actually have 2 friends with the same issue as you. Similar breast size too. They both ended up having surgery to reduce their sizes. They actually both look better, their confidence went up and no more back pain. I really don't know any other options than surgery.

I'm another member of the big titty committee (40H) and unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about them without a breast reduction surgery. Physical therapy can help with the back pain, as can finding bras specifically made for a large chest.

Other than losing weight, I think surgery is pretty much the only option.

You can talk to a doctor about it.

Considering how large they are, your health insurance MIGHT pay for it, although that's something you would have to find out for yourself.

Your male friends might be sad to see them go, but if it raises your quality of life, it will be worth it.

Back pains is the biggest problem with having huge boobs. I have a friend with boobs that are bigger than yours, is also short, but has been lucky not to have any back pains. You could try exercising, building muscle. Not only to give you more curves but muscle helps burn fat, which is basically what your boobs are.

You can't reduce your breast size without surgery or try losing some weight might help you thus making your breast smaller but really hard to say.
But breast size of a girl doesn't matter to me it's what's inside that counts
so i want a girl with a kind heart and great personality.

I honestly think surgery would be the better option unless another avenue is discovered that I haven't mentioned.

@trehay I agree but I think if it becomes a back problem then it's a different story. A friend I used to know how massive breasts and it gave her neck problems. She got them reduced and her neck problems went away.

Unfortunately there's no way except surgery. The healthiest thing is to work out and improve your upper body strength and work your shoulders and back.

Accept your body and the power it gives you. Instead of viewing this as a negative thing, you should be looking at the positives.

I'm no expert on the subject however I would doubt there's any way to reduce the size outside of surgery. Obviously nobody can challenge you on how you really feel; do you think it's like other things that people in general do? Meaning, people tend to over think and believe their issues are greater than they really are. Again, not down playing your situation.

I don't think anything that might work is going to do much (make that big of a difference). You may want to consider breast reduction surgery? It might be worth it in the long run? Especially for your back!

Unfortunately I think surgery is the only reliable option, since weight loss didn't work. Since you have a diagnosed medical condition though, a breast reduction may be covered by your insurance.

Only way is to lose weight but there may not be much fat there to lose, try certain back exercises to strengthen your back to reduce the pain, the other back problem is not related. Big boobs are nice but you do suffer having them
