Batman, it's already been shown he beats Superman multiple times - despite how unrealistic it sounds, for a few reasons:

Superman isn't not a combative trained fighter or strategist - he relies, and always has relied on the fact that he's faster, stronger, and more durable than the majority of his opponents. He's never had to actually develop tactics.
Superman is for all intensive purposes a "boy scout" - due to his upbringing he's always abided by a moral code which greatly limits his willingness to exert himself at 100% nor use the psychological weaknesses of his enemies against them. Again he always relies on being strong enough to disable his opponent through sheer strength.
Superman's senses are not as honed or as acute as people think. He has been tricked numerous times even with super senses.
Batman is so paranoid to a fault that he has tracked every psychological and physical weakness of every opponent, and he has considered every single member of the Justice League an opponent out of distrust of the fact that a bunch of demi-gods, metahumans, and aliens hold far too much power and are susceptible to being controlled, either through manipulation, mind control, or magic.
Superman has personally given Batman a kryptonite ring, which Batman ALWAYS carries with him.

He also beats Superman when he's under the control of Poison Ivy, on his home term of Metropolis when it's that Wayne Corp actually built most of the infrastructure for Metropolis.

1 is an alien who flies around in his underwear and cape and is stupid enough to think putting on glasses hides his personality and gains the strength of a newborn baby when exposed to a green rock

2 is a badass billionaire who has realistic technology which helps him fight crime

Glad you liked it. That's just the beginning though, way better episodes in that series. Other good episodes are "The Gray Ghost (Batman solves a crime mystery with the help of his old childhood hero, who happens to be voiced by Adam West, the original Batman all the way from the 70's), Perchance to Dream (Batman gets stuck in the Matrix pretty much and has to use his intelligence to get out), and Robin's Reckoning (it tells the story of how Batman adopted Robin as a kid and what happened to Robin's parents).

I like Batman for the intellectual quality of his adventures, the ingenuity and investigations he does.

Superman is also cool. However, I think he has become diluted to become the Mickey Mouse of superheroes - he's the most famous, sure, but that means he's been softened to be more marketable and appealing.

I like Batman more, just because his flaws are more apparent than Big Blue's. More interesting, easier to relate to, etc. Superman is basically a god, which is cool and all, but I gotta go with Batman on this one.

I forgot to mention Assassin Spider-Man; the only Spider-Man who doesn't not fear killing, he was trained by S. H. I. E. L. D. and Wolverine.
