A way to restart Simcity Buildit?

Hey, so I recently downloaded an app, Simcity Buildit, and it's really addicting, I've been sacrificing sleep to play it lol. you should get the app! But anyway I'm on iOS, and I logged into both Game Center and Facebook to play the game, because why not. But now I want to restart my game completely, and I tried deleting the app and everything, but it when I try to sign back into Game Center and Facebook, it asks if I want to reload my previous game, which I don't want to do.

Create a new profile in Game Center. You can't restart the game with your current username
