Somehow this came up in a conversation with my friend earlier. I told her i take baths with my SO quite often and she was like "what, I've never done that".
Is it really that uncommon to bathe with your SO?

I remember my father and uncle coming over to look at my new house. In the master bath we have a big jaccuzzi tub and had candles around it from the night before. My dad was like "what are the candle doing there". My uncle just looked at him and said what do you think they are there for. "Oh". Lol.

  Yeah if I had a girlfriend and we where at that stage in the relationship I would look over her shoulder and into her eyes and give her a naughty smirk/smile just before I knew she was going to feel my boner poke her in her ass. No relationship here. Still, bathing with someone, or allowing them to walk in when I am in the restroom, is a big nope form me. I enjoy the privacy; sometimes it is the only alone time I can come across.
