I resigned my job due to my lady boss torture?

I have been working in the company for 6 years, and my lady boss always torture me and without giving opportunity she will say you dont have this skill and that skill. She don't allow me to advance in my career and make to to do same work for many years. Ine day i want to study one of my favorite course part time on my own sponsorship. I told her i am going to take this course and she don't allow me to take this course if i take this course i must leave the company she threatened me...

She allow those people she like to go for part time studie... even they don't work also she don't care... when she say i must leave the company if i take the course, i resigned immediately.

My reasons are follows...

1) She stopping my career growth
2) she controlling me too much
3) no freedom for me to upgrade after working in this company for long time...

Please tell me my desc ion rite or wrong?

Why do you not complain to someone higher than her? Write to the complaint department about unfair treatment and discrimination.

did you speak to your HR department first and ask for help? It seems that it is too late now anyway. You have resigned.

she has more power, even talk to HR also no use. They will support that lady... Some people say i am childish and act rashly...
