Keep an eye on Him, sweetie, I had a similar problem with a guy I dated a while ago... after we made love, we would fall asleep in each other's arms. However, with my back to him, his hands would go around my neck and I actually had to calmly, carefully and frightened like say: "George, please, don't do that."
I surmised he has ADD which is Attention deficit Disorder. It explained a lot of things in his problems in focusing, losing his wallet, other strange factors and with This... any other mental issue could have been also included.
If you ever feel that things are not right and he continues this problem pattern, either speak to him of laying his hands off of your neck or even if it is something else that doesn't fit here, dear, give him his walking papers

i was cuddling with a guy i like just the other night and he started putting his hand around my chin/throat area and he asked if i liked that and i told i didn't mind it so he just kept doing it for a little longer and stopped. He touchy like a light firm around my throat. I don't know why he did but i'm guessing he wanted to see if i would react?
