Why do people say "Tho" at the end of every sentence, tho?

Same reason why standardized test scores are diminishing. We're becoming more idiotic. Parents don't know how to raise their children because they themselves never fully grew up. It's just colloquial slang. Slang is fine, you just need to know when you can and can't throw it around. But words are words, it isn't that serious that we need a call to arms to defend the English language. As long as you're able to communicate what you mean, I don't see any problem.

the people i know who say don't say it in every sentence, usually it's to be funny

example:
" those earrings tho!"
(if its raining) "the weather tho~"
most famous example "that booty tho"

i don't think anyone uses the word "tho" as an actual term or word for daily conversation.
