Why do people put haha at the end of every sentence when texting?

I rarely ever see it! My question is, why does every statement have to start with either, "So" or, "I mean"? How can you mean something if you haven't said anything, yet? "So" means you've just made a statement and you're either about to continue it or explain what you just said. Again, how can you explain or continue something when you haven't said a word, yet?
What's your dog's name?
"So, my dog's name is, Fido."
Where do you live?
"So, I live in that house over there."
I've seen this too! People are really weird with their language over text. Makes miscommunication super easy
I'll say!! I have to wonder IF English is even being taught, anymore? I can understand some things being a typo, especially since so many people are doing most of their typing on a phone, and how you might just like to say something wrong for a humourous effect but, a lot of it ISN'T typos or being done for fun, it's just lack of how to use the English language.

Maybe. I know sometimes I'll do it just to kind of show my emotion. Example if I think the person might take what I'm saying too seriously, or think that I'm upset over something, I'll put that to show that I'm not.
Well, haha! 😂
I'm not completely sure, hahaha! 😂😂😂
I guess they're just, hahaha, trying to answer, hahahha! 😂😂😂 and it's so, hahaha funny, they can't, hahahaha 😂😂😂😂😂 help it!! Hahahahahahahahaha!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂!
It's okay guys usually do that a lot... If I know that bothers a girl I just need her to please tell me why so it can make things right Awww !!!
Just trying to show that it is lighthearted and not too serious. (Haha...)
Even if there was no joke? Seems weird. I've seen other people say it's a way of ending conversation?
Agreed. Not a fan of people doing this
Its annoying and I have no clue why they feel the need to do it
They like joking around?
