Girls, what do girls think of guys who are loners?

I've always kind of been a loner myself.

It really depends though. If you are so shy and closed off from the world that it's hard to get to know you then no, I don't think much of you.

I like to think of myself as a loner because I love being alone, have very few (but very close) friendships, and have always felt like I don't fit it well. I do think I have good people skills and treat people well, however, if I find someone to not be intellectual or share some of my same interests, then I will not talk. I hate small talk or talking just to talk.

If you were a loner in that sense, instead of the closed off, impossible to learn more about then I would love you because that's how I am. There's nothing wrong with being a loner in my opinion.

I would think something's wrong with them. Like they're depressed or into some weird crap. I'm alone most of the time but it's definitely not by choice: I thrive off of being around people, but I just don't mesh well with my environment.

Here's the problem recently: See i watch a lot of anime, in fact I grew up with anime. And when i watched Sword Art Online. This may sound pathetic, stupid, dumb but i kind of well fell in love with a anime character (girl). I don't even know why. And the anime was extremely sad. I almost never cry but a flood of tears could be seen in the dead of night when i wept and swept. The anime was short (25 episodes), but there was Sword Art Online II so I'm on that now. Don't get me wrong I've had real crushes and i have plenty of friends. I just choose to live in solitude but anyhow time heals everything right.

It doesn't really matter to me. I'm a loner too, so it'd be pretty hypocritical to judge someone else about that.

Well if you want to be a loner what does it matter what we think of you? Obviously girls arnt always looking for sexual relationships or a boyfriend. You could get many girls that are friends.

I tend to think that they just either enjoy solitude, have social anxiety, or just don't know how to interact with people.

I choose to be a loner. Live in solitude. I can blend at will if i choose to. But i do it so i can manipulate people around me.
