I have never fully understood why guys say they hate implants. I know plenty of guys that drool over women with fake breasts yet claim they don't like fake breasts. I think men might have just been trained to say that they hate implants so he doesn't look like a pig that doesn't appreciate real women. These guys may even believe it to be true much like when they say they don't like women with makeup, but then run straight towards the women with makeup. What they say they like, and what they are clearly attracted to are not the same thing.
I think it makes a lot of women angry when a guy says he likes makeup, implants or anything else that isn't entirely natural. It is just seen as distasteful to claim you don't like natural women. Almost like the guy will be accused of wanting to have sex with a robot full of silicone instead of a real woman.

no i get it, i would not want a guy with muscle implants, its fake and it always goes hard whether top of the line or not the body naturally builds up scar tissue around the breast implant which is hard...
i understand its fake and fake is undesirable to me and most men. If anything its fun to look at but then you realise its fake and it looses its appeal. Like a fake watch, such a great price till you realize its a knock off.
You may be right. I have heard that women wouldn't want a good looking guy that got plastic surgery even if she was attracted to him so this might be related. I personally don't see them as more fake than before the surgery. They just come out looking more or less attractive than when they got the surgery, so maybe my viewpoint just makes it harder to understand why someone would care about "fake".
Huge? She is still hot as fuck. As for guys, they always do this. They say they don't like something in order to be P. C but in the end with their decisions and their stance they prove that they like "fake" stuff.

yep and then they call her anorexic when we all know she looks great !
Her implants don't really look bad or too big though in my opinion, I think implants are ok when they look good at least, some women go way overboard with them though.
I never heard of her till reading this question. And I like the before look better. And it's not that guys don't like the outcome look, cuz most do. But they don't like the idea of fake silicone boobs in their face. Most all guys will agree, natural is better by far
Ummm... I liked her before :( Any girl that says she is getting her boobs increased in size is not doing it for her, she is doing it for some bonehead that said her breasts are small.
Anyone who pressures someone into doing is not a friend.
I can still see her ribcage and all her collar bones clearly so I personally am not a fan. Whether she has fake boobs or not. But some others might find her appealing, I don't know. But it doesn't seem balanced to me.

her ribs are showing because of her posture if she leaned forward slightly she would be fine no ribs.
I wouldn't touch her with a 50 foot bargepole, especially now that she has fake breasts.

i like adriana, but victoria secret models are anorexic. its only normal they are a cup. if you expect from a womanto be like that you should be a full to expect big boobs.. .
Nothing about the woman is skeletal. You're the reason why (in the uk ) 60% of women are classed as obese and they're suddenly seen as 'curvy' and attractive
