I doubt most people are able to break their car window with a baseball bat. It's not as easy as you think. Also, I don't know how one can get locked inside as the unlock is on the "inside".

Obviously use the locks on the inside to unlock it, however, if those are jammed for some reason, pull the back seat of the car down, crawl through into the trunk. Most cars have an emergency latch trigger to unlock the trunk lid/door. Unlock and get out.

Open the door. If it is actually locked where you cannot open from the inside, like child locks all around or the back of a police car, lower the window. If that also is not possible, and it is not a convertible, use the bat as a battering ram on a window, holding the barrel and striking with the handle as that would give the greater force per inch at the point of contact.
