what is it? My boyfriend told me I had a fuckable personality?

It has nothing to do with looks, and it's a compliment but I don't get what he means.

I think he's trying to refer to your whole attitude/self-confidence/charisma if it's not the looks. I've met girl like that. I'm not sure if it's a compliment but you can take as one if you choose to. However, I think you should ask yourself, if you didn't HAVE this fuckable attitude would your boyfriend still be around or would be be gone like yesterdays news?
