What are these red dots on my arm? And how to get rid of it?

I've had these red dots on my arm and shoulder for the past three years and don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. It's only on my right shoulder and right arm. Does anyone know what these are and how to get rid of them or reduce them

They're normal. I don't know that there's a way to get rid of them, though.
