Help red spots appearing on my body?

Have these same spots on my arms stomach chest and under breast...

I have these reddish spots on my body. my legs arms stomachs and breasts.. some look like they are getting bigger.. they are not itchy... what can it be :(

I couldn't help but to notice that you are very fair skinned. This looks like Psoriasis. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease and is closely linked to Rheumatoid arthritis. I think I would see either a dermatologist or your primary care physician to get an official diagnosis. Sometimes some of these autoimmune diseases need to be followed especially Rheumatoid Arthritis because of the long term damages it can have on your joints. Best wishes.

Sometimes things like wheat, and grains with a lot of gluten can cause some skin allergies to flair up. But, if you have been to a dry, arid climate, and back to a more humid one or vice versa, it can wreck havoc on your skin, leading to a rash.

They are slightly raised red bumps I got some under my boobs , arms back stomach. They don’t itch I use a condom with my boyfriend never unprotected. I havE not been out of the country at all.

Nope like on my thighs yea. They are kinda like red slightly raise bumps... not just spots...

Ok well at least that rules out syphilis which is good. You might need a blood test just to rule out the worst things which I don't think it is anyway but it's good to check.
I'd say the best thing to do is ask the doctor.

It could be a reaction or irritation to a certain soap or ingredient in it. This has happened to me and disappeared in a couple hours
