Since the redness is mostly on one side, that pretty much rules out a sunburn (or your nose would be much redder too). Your skin in that area IS thinner than, say, the apples of your cheeks, so showing the capillaries through the thinner skin may have some bearing here. Contact dermatitis seems the most likely, with an "overdose" on the Vitamin C seeming the most logical culprit. As others mentioned, wash your face thoroughly with a mild castile soap a couple times a day for a week to clear the skin of residual contaminants. Then, begin to use one product for a couple days, then stop for the remainder of the week. Use this weekly regime to find the problem substance.
If this doesn't turn up something, check with the dermatologist. I worked at a spa where a standard facial ingredient was a Vitamin A and C complex. It really did plump the skin (making it appear tighter) , but the most commons side effects were burning and redness, especially if one used more than a teensy-weensy little dab.

Yeah could just be something in the cream that you're allergic to. Perhaps stop it and see what happens. Of it doesn't go away then consult a dermatologist.
It looks like an allergy. Did you start using a different eye cream/gel or facewash or moisturiser recently? If that's the case, stop using it immediately and please go to a doctor.
I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV.

It could be dryness or you have really sensitive skin in that particular area. It can also be from tiredness or a mark from a recent episode of crying.
You're pretty<3
I agree with the other user stating that it might be an allergic reaction?
Think back to what you did that day that might have triggered the redness.Eww I'm not attracted to you as much as before now thanks to that photo
It almost look like what I sometimes have but doesn't seem that bad. If it's where you put that creme, you most likely have your culprit here. Try to stop the creme for a few days and see if it gets better.
Have you tried a different cream as it might be something that might be causing that redness, as it has nothing to do with hydration by the looks of it
It seems like a reaction from some cream. Your skin might be sensitive so use natural products maybe.
Maybe because your skin there is thin so blood circulating there is seen.
