Help Why Do I Have Itchy Red Bumps On My Arm?

Since yesterday I have these bumps mostly on arms , I get itchy tiny bit on my cheek or wrist or on leg. I don't know if it’s big season but this happened last year in the summer had use bug repellent all week… but is it allergic reaction? It happened yesterday after I ate penut butter, then ate yogurt , then I’ve been drinking Dr Pepper for first time in years since yesterday.. I ate red velvet cake rn too. My bumps at inflamed as I drank Dr Pepper and cake rn at 4am. Or is it the bugs getting my skin? I had these bumps last summer super itchy all over body…

Allergy to what? They r fading now. Maybe I was eating expired food the past days? I threw away all my old food yesterday. Also Dr Pepper was making me sick maybe I’m allergic to that

That's a rash of some sort.

At work I was fine. But I got home and itchy. The owner has bug repellent spray outside too…it’s still summer here super hot
