What does it mean when someone calls you "uptight"?

A person who is uptight is rather demanding and/or judgmental. Such people are often inflexible about their views and there are options and they have exacting and high standards (to them) and expect others to have the same high standards. They are often Republican. However they can also be real liberal assholes too like extreme SJWs or very vocal vegans.

The term comes from imagining somebody who is very constipated or cannot take a dump in a public restroom so they have to squeeze their asscheecks tightly together. They are very uncomfortable because their rectums are full of shit but they can't unload. That makes them grumpy and short tempered not tolerating any new stress since they are already stressing so much from having so much shit compacted in their rectum.
