That would be awesome to be able to change gender by sneezing. Especially if you could sneeze on command. You could even keep it secret, a super-hero changing into their super-hero stuff. Only disadvantage would be if you shared rent with someone and they regularly saw you as both genders and didn't know it was the same person, then you'd have to pay 2/3 rent since they would think they were living with two people.

I wouldn't want to accidentally eat a baby, and I've always been fascinated by the female experience, so I picked change gender with a sneeze. While I can think of several situations where that would be mighty inconvenient, I could always make myself sneeze and switch back and forth as needed.

Change gender. Because I can control my sneezes. Just tamper with your nose and you'll get the spot that triggers your sneeze.  Boom, turn it into a superpower.
