Assuming I can't do any of the loophole cheats (like more genies or more wishes or the ability for myself to make infinite wishes)...
1.) The ability to control my age/appearance at will (immortality but with more control), except with the ability to turn the ability off [permanently] at any time I wish. That is, if I wish to die/age normally from thence on, I'd be able to.

2.) To live a life that I find fulfilling, while my personality stays as it is now / I remain unaware of ever making this wish. More specifically, I'm not saying for there to never be hardships, but for fate to smile kinder on me in general... If that makes sense.

3.) The ability to pull out the exact amount of currency or small item wanted out of my pocket at any time, with also the power to turn it off like number 1. (I. e. If I'm at restaurant and the bill is $100.10, I reach in my pocket and pull out $20.10 + a tip.)

Man, this is a hard one.
I'd have to go with:

1. The ability to read someone/ interpret their emotions flawlessly. Sometimes, it's hard to tell what people are thinking through their expressions because they put on a mask that makes them appear differently. I would like to be able to read people's emotions without fault so I can make sure I respond properly and I can comfort people when the need it. (and I wouldn't want to be able to read someone's thoughts- I feel like that's way too much of an invasion of privacy.)

2. A cure for (or at least a more effective and less consequential method to get rid of) cancer.

3. Immortality sounds cool, but I'd want the choice to stop the process if I wanted to.

- To always have the amount of money I want to spend (so if I'm only buying something worth £5, I only have £5 in my wallet. If I decide to put down an offer for like £50,000 on a house, I have a cheque appear for £50,000, that kind of thing)

- To have the ability to ability to alter others' emotions at will

- I dunno about the last one, stop world poverty or something? :P
