I am thinking about getting getting a small nape undercut... Guys, what do you think when you see a girl with a undercut?

I've read articles and other things where some guys assume that girls are lesbians when they have a undercut and I think that it is very stereotypical and not okay at all. But I don't want to drive guys away bc they think i am a lesbian.

You do realize that many lesbians (and other oppressed groups) use certain fashions as a way to communicate visually to other lesbians that they are lesbian? In using the undercut style, you are undercutting LOL! their brand so to speak.

In other words, it's no more a stereotype that a sign saying, "I'm a lesbian" hung around a woman's neck would be a stereotype.

if guys are going to judge you based on stereotypes are those really guys you want to deal with anyway? god forbid you play basketball and have that hair cut then they will definitely think you are a lesbian

i think it's fine and can be really hot on some girls

Undercuts are neat. I associate them more with Goths* than I do lesbians, though.

*(The "darkness, candles, and Marilyn Manson" Goths, not the Germanic tribes. Though I'll betcha the latter had some undercuts, too.)

Its when you get the nape of your head/neck or the side of your head shaved. It is usually a buzz cut with or without a cool design. It's hard to explain.
