More exactly speaking, guys have some weak spots including the balls though they're physically strong. It has nothing with equality.
However, I think birth is much more painful than kicked balls.

No, it’s certainly not equal. For one thing, a kick in the crotch will put any woman on the ground, same as it would a man. That's not how it's works thou.
Most fights if the guy knows the balls are in the equation. He simply has to tuck them a little back and keep his legs closer together and you wouldn't access them.
