If you don't feel comfortable after talking someone in person for an hour, then you have to ask yourself this. "Would I be comfortable being naked and having sex with this person?" Well, there is kinda no way to meet someone on tinder before hand. It's okay to be nervous because you're meeting someone on the internet after all! Maybe you could reject him and say you're busy and continue to talk to him more for him to feel less like a stranger to you.
