I've had it for a month and and a few days now. It's not itchy, and there is no puss but the redness around the top ball throws me off.

Doesn't look infected but it's at that point where you have to be gentle and not get it snagged on clothes, it could go either way. Buy that liquid antiseptic thing to pour in it.

It looks irritated. Don't take it out. Go to your piercer and have him look at it
