Is it healing or infected, belly button piercing?

I got it done on Friday the 13th. Don't mind my hairy stomach I have dark hair and Italian.

it actually takes a long time for a belly piercing to fully heal , several months at least , so likely nothing wrong with it now , just needs time to heal

Is it warm to the touch? If so, it is getting infected. Clean it well and use antibiotic ointments.

It isn't warm. Just itchy and red.

Possibly. Treat it with isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. Do that two to three times a day and if in a week it doesn't improve go see a doctor.
