It's healing. It's red bc the flesh has been removed and replaced with a piece of metal. It will turn less red and the gunk coming out will go away too. Redness and some fluid are the signs the body is healing from the invasion of the foreign material. Just keep cleaning it. The flesh, I believe, would turn red/pink around the area more, you know, spread, if an infection happens. Clean a couple times of day.
Looks like any other new piercing to me, the redness is normal, i mean there is a metal rod through your flesh, so it takes time.
Leave it alone, if you are cleaning it constantly it just irretates the skin more and more.
Wiggle it around 2~4 times a day to prevent it from growing in, spray it with a wound desinfectant maybe once or twice a day. And always wash your hands when toching it!
When there is a crust just wash it aways with warm water.
Looks a bit irritated to me for a 2 week old piercing. The bar doesn't look long enough to make room for swelling. If the bar feels a bit tight go and have it change to a longer one until it's fully healed. In the meantime keep doing sea salt soaks and make sure your measurements are on point when your mixing it up. Don't over clean it either. Clean in the morning and do the SSS in the evenings.

If there is pus coming out it’s probably a bit infected. Have you been cleaning it with warm salty water?
looks like its healing to me
It's likely infected and makes me want to puke
This is why it's a good thing not to get piercings
