I agree with this seven and I will add 8th when I will close this question.

1. Not everybody have good parents who cares about them and in some cases some people's friends are closer to them and someone you can trust more than their parents. I've talked to people in such cases in real life.

2. How poor or rich you're doesn't necessary influence if you've friends or not. It's your personality, which environment you lives in and what you does influence it.

3. There's a lot of people who likes good looks, but there's also a lot of people who cares about what others thinks about them and which intentions they've. Many likes nice people.

4. Depends on the person and the society. Not everyone are gold diggers. D. Trump for example is rich, but I don't look up to him and thinks his politics won't work. I thinks he cares too little about the health care situation.

5. The person you love doesn't necessary do something that hurt you, so it depends. But it's kinda true in some situation. Example your family member for example turns nazi-supporter.

6. The truth often hurts and the world isn't a fairy tale, so it's difficult to tell it although it's in the theory a simple fact.

7. Depends on the person and it's individual I guess.

8. The world isn't black and white. We've shades of grays too.

well lets see:
no 1: bullshit, if by real you mean like "real friend/won't stab you in the back" then its not true: there are terrible mothers but there are normal people that would never backstab you as well.
no 2: A rich person never has true friends would fit better.
no 3: depends on who you are talking witj
no 4: they respect if someone did something that lead him/her to the money. if they inherited it, they nearly never get respect
no 5: "can" not "will"
no 6: truth is one of the hardest things in this world, most people prefer a simple answer, thats why it gets hard
no 7: again bullshit
