If a guy is only attracted to girls, but he enjoys pegging and but play. Does that or does it not make him bi?

It doesn't. Anal sex (and related practices) is a sexual practice. It has absolutely nothing to do with homosexuality. Gay people are only one social groups out of many who engage in this practice. And according to studies, most gay men actually don't have anal sex because they don't enjoy it. So equating anal sex/play with homosexuality doesn't really make any sense.

His attraction to girls makes him straight. What feels good for him physically doesn't dictate his orientation. It just shows what his body responds positively to, same as getting a massage or scratching an itch.
