What is this bump on my big toe?

This is 100% an ingrown toe nail. In grown toe nails burry beneath the skin which is why your toe has a little bubble. The nail is literally digging into your skin from underneath (I've had the same thing).

What you should do is gently get something to pry your toe nail and lift it up a little in that corner. If you can't you may want to go to a doctor but most of the time you'll be able to lift the nail up just a tiny bit to provide relief until it grows out more. When it grows out more cut it but don't cut it now because it will only grow unevenly and cause a worse ingrown toe nail.

Like everyone said it's an ingrown toenail. I suggest boiling water and putting it in a dish or bowl big enough to cover your foot and then add in a goodly amount of salt so you can really smell it and soak your toe when the water is as hot as you can stand.

Then roll a tiny bit of tp or Kleenex so you can wedge it under the nail and get it to lift up on it's own. Try to do this at least twice a day.

If it doesn't get better go to the doctor.

It's an ingrown nail. You won't "see it sticking out" because it's grown under your skin. It can get infected. Next time, don't cut your toenails so short and don't round off the edges.

You could go to the doctors in case it's infected. I've had one before and basically lifted under the nail near the bump. Hurts like a bitch and will most likely bleed. It won't go away unless you get it out.

There was a green spot in the top but I cut the skin and puss came out. Ughhh I dont know how to get it out and it costs too much to go to the doc.

Maybe YouTube can help? Type in "ingrown toenail removal". Make sure what you use is disinfected though. Like I said, I just stabbed myself under the side of the nail til I was able to pull it out from under. But it depends how deep yours is.

An ingrown toenail.
You can clear up a lot of this infection by soaking your foot in warm water with a bit (2 oz) of laundry bleach added. The bleach will kill off the infection. You may need to repeat it daily over several days.
What has happened is that the toenail is growing into the skin on the right side and it has become infected.

Clip your nail down underneath the skin, you can dig it out... also, find different shoes. If your toes are pushed together or don't have enough room, this can happen.
