That just looks like it's from leaving on nail polish / gel for too long. That's happened to me before too. You can easily fix it by buffing the surface smooth.

it's not ingrown. I know this because my brother had to get his nails removed because of ingrown ones. my nails just seems to have indentations.

I don't see anything gross about them. I clean my feet regularly. it looks grow because I have painted my nails multiple times and the paint that got into the indentations, that I have no idea why they are there, get stuck.
