I use my phone sometimes (I don’t see the harm as long as I’m not using the camera, plus I’m inside an enclosed cubicle so it doesn’t really impact anyone else). I also don’t necessarily wipe off the seat, but if I actually made a mess then I do. I do the rest of them.

6-7, it's often depends on whether the toilet seat is clean enough to move with my shoe, if there's urine all over it, it stays down. I wish don't make grunts and groans was on there lol

I only don't wipe the toilet seat after use. Other than that, I follow everything and one more - put the lid down before flushing so as to not let the bacteria escape into the air.
