She is a nice, sweet girl. but I'm not attracted to her physically. Yet I can't move on... feel as I will regret. What should I do?

Let her down soft. Just don't ghost her and leave her hanging (that'll make her feel worse and you feel bad). Just talk to her in private and say "Hey, I like you but I don't like you in a like like way" or something along those lines. Sure she might feel bad now, but it's a lot better that it's coming personally from you instead of a text or someone else doing it for you.

Well, physical attraction should be at the top of your priority list, without that, you have nothing but a one-sided relationship which will lack the passion & excitement you desire as a man.

Everyone fears being alone. But rather see it as an opportunity to grow & to learn who you are at the core of your being. If you want a great relationship one day; be SINGLE.

No, I mean, be single for as long as you can until YOU feel ready to be in a relationship again. I say that because you will learn a lot about yourself during that time & what it is that you want from a relationship. It will make the process of finding the right person much easier for you. Date casually, get to know the different types of women out there, & observe. Otherwise, you'll just jump from one relationship to another without really learning anything about yourself. It's very difficult to learn what you like, dislike, & what you will accept &/or not accept when you're constantly in committed relationships.

Unless she is outright fugly, think about keeping her. If you like her less than she likes you, you will have all the power in the relationship.
