Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood fans, why does Greed have two different voice actors in the English dub?

I've been wondering why I heard two different voices for the two Greeds so I looked it up and found out he had two voices. Why is that?

I don't think there is any reason other than a change of bodies. He was played by Chris Patton when he was in the first body (Patton also voiced Greed in the original 2003 series) and after he started sharing body with Ling he was voiced by Troy Baker.

Yep. Two voices are listed as Greed

Because that's only about the second greed. The first and second Greeds have different voices

Ahhh okay. Well that makes sense since there’s homunulus greed. Tiny greed. And what’s his name? Ling? Greed?

The small greed has the exact same voice as GreedLing. The original Greed has a completely different voice from either of them
