Sweaty palms holding hands?

When I'm holding hands with a girl I get sweaty palms in 2 minutes or less. Is there something I can do to not get sweaty hands? I'm no where close to being overweight.

Me and my partner had the same problem when we first started dating, cause we were both so nervous and it was smack dab in the middle of an Aussie summer. This might not be the answer you’re looking for, but when you find someone that really clicks, those things just don’t seem to take up that much space in your mind. We’d even talk about it, joke and say “I like you so much I’ll hold your hand until I drench it in my sweat.” It’s always good to address an insecurity with direct humour, in my opinion.

I know how that feels. If it's because you're nervous or anxious, then just take a deep breath and calm down

Forget about it. Tell her, it happends to me with everybody... dry her hand on your Tshirt and keep on holding hands!

If you have sweaty palms like most teens do then put your hand on her waist instead

Put your arm around herd the waist and get hers over your shoulder, or walk arm in arm. Sometimes high is a problem to, you just have to figure out how to be comfortable together.

You can't control sweaty hands but you can give an excuse for it, like she is Soo hot that you start to sweat
