They are fine a lot of animals have that look around their gums and they're not puffing or inflamed. I would just try to ge t somev treats that help clean animals teeth. If your really concerned or the cats showing some kind of discomfort take to a vet

  Well the gums look normal the black stuff is called lentigo simplex aka freckles. Commonly found in orange (ginger) cats. Completely normal.
