Should I tell her I miss talking to her?

Used to talk to this girl. Been like 2 or 3 weeks since she hasn’t texted back. 2 weeks ago She texted me saying she misses talking to me but she’s just really busy and has a lot going on with her self. So we texted for a little bit then she called and we talked on the phone for two hours. Not the first time talking to her on the phone. Then we hung up at like 12am. She didn’t say anything for a while so I texted her last week Monday asking if she’s okay? She said she’s just some with everything (weren’t dating so can’t be talking about done with relationship) . So I asked if she wanted to talk about it? She said she’s gotta finish a essay. I said okay well after and she didn’t say anything. She texted me two days ago I replied and she left me on read
