Have you ever gone to a mountain peek or would like to?

Yes, I have. I love hiking and there are a lot of mountain trails near where I live. They aren't super tall mountains but it's still usually a nice view from the top. These pictures are from my most recent hike. It's called Crabtree Falls, the trail follows a little stream that has lots of small waterfalls all the way to the top of the peak. :)

That looks gorgeous! Do you go alone or with someone?
Yes, that trail in particular is a really beautiful and relaxing place to be. I almost always go with someone, either my best friend or sometimes my brother. :)
That's great. I wanted to try hiking as well, but earlier I wasn't sure if I'd be up for it 😂
But in the recent months I've gotten a lot active physically, so I tire out less often.
I might try hiking now with some of my friends. :P
You should! Hiking is so fun. You can start out on some easier trails and then work your way up to steeper/longer climbs. :)
I'll definitely give it a shot! Thanks :) 💜
Thanks! :)
You're welcome! 😇
Does Stone Mountain count? It’s kinda more like a giant rock than a mountain, but it has mountain in the name so...

It counts
Then yes I have. A good few times at that.
Happy memories
Thank you
You're welcome! :)
I want to visit mount kilauea and see an eruption. Must be awesome
Have wanted to do the five peak challenge. Maybe not in 48 hours.
What's it about?
Five highest hills/mountains in the five countries of the British isles
Woah. How's it possible to do it in 48 hours?
The peaks aren't that high each takes less than 6 hours to climb (I think) rest of time is travelling between them. There are organised trips that do it. Personally i think I'd do it over 5 days. One a day with plenty if time to travel and explore a bit more around
Yeah, and rest sufficiently as well!

I have like not a proper Mt. something.
But it was this Mountain near our city, and that's where we went.
Oh besides, sand mountains? Always. /Lol
I don’t have time for dying and I don’t really feel like breaking any bones, so I’m good on the mountain climbing... thank you 😬✌🏾
😂😂
Nope. I've been near the top of Mt. Hermon but due to simple political reasons, I wouldn't be able to get to the summit.
I've been on top of many large hills though.
Whether I would like to; sure, why not?
Which?
I don't know. Maybe Mt. Hermon
What political reasons?
Well, it's Syrian ground. You cannot enter it from Israel, and I have Israeli stamps and name so can't even enter Israel if I go from somewhere else. It's literally illegal, they won't let me
Ohh. That's terrible.. :/ :/
Oh, both countries are just at war for 70 years. It's to be expected
Still.
Maybe you can go to Mt. Everest with @omgjassy
She mastered it at the tender age of 2 :p
@BellaIsQueen Absolutely amazing idea. You do need someone experienced but clearly @omgjassy has mastered it
She's a master at everything. 😍
I agree so much, it's astonishing 🙌
Thank you for your trust in me 🙌
I'd prefer the bottom of the ocean. More suitable for someone like me.
Oh boy
I have but I was too young to remember it. Mount Diablo near Bay Area, California. I think it would be cool to go again. Even if I don't remember, I know the view from up top of anywhere is without comparison.
Would like to. I wish I could go on top of the one with the tea shop.
You love tea?
Yea, I love both tea, and coffee. But I wouldn’t get tea there. I probably would by a sweet, and a coffee.
nope, but hell yeah i want to go there someday, and when i go there, i won't come back, i just want to live my whole life in a place like that
Yaaaas. And I'll transfer alllll the money to youuuuuu 💪
Kind of. Once I took a cable car, and other times I started to hike but turned back because it was too hard, and another time the weather got bad.
I would if I didn't have to hike
I've hiked to the top of cinder cones though
Yes. It feels amazing. The sound of the wind, smell of grass and the cooling of your sweat when you reach the top. Only then you realize why people want to cross Everest despite all the dangers
Autocorrect strikes again XD
No I've never been to a mountainous place... So no peaks either
Autocorrect?
🤦🤦
*facepalm* *facepalm*
I don’t think I ever have. But I would climb up Mount Everest. Easy
Super easy for you.
I've been many times on a mountain peek, it's quite a common thing to do in Austria. The view from up there is stunning and if you're going somewhere where no people are you can enjoy the sound of the nature which is a pretty cool experience
you can pee there. Just like how a dog marks his territory
Have you?
Huge pee storage you got there bud
God I would love to. It's one of my dreams. I want to get away from the light pollution in my city and just breathe natural air for a while.
I go a few times a year
My family and I go hiking up mountains When the weather permits
Yes, and Ian Arctic Squirrel visited me, and let in drink out of my canteen
Here in Switzerland there’s plenty of mountains and I really enjoy walking on them.
There are a lot of alpine lakes that look just amazing, a complete different world up there
I've gone yes when I was like 9 years old with my auntie and grandpa
Never went to the Mountain peak but would like to give it a try someday:P
Not yet, but it'll happen. Sadly money is always the issue haha
I would love to... but atm my health keeps me from pursuing this.
Yeah, I love rock climbing and hiking, I have never gotten to the top of a mountain and not loved the view.
Yeah, Live in Belfast and surrounded with mountains all within an hours drive, Beautiful feeling, Mourne mountains, Sperrin mountains, and cave hill
Been to dozens of hill stations, quite high but never a mountain peak😛
yes I have I've been to the top of Mt Pilatus in Switzerland
I want to. I'd love to hike. And I've always wanted to climb Everest
I have acrophobia so i would prefer not to go if its risky.
I climbed Mount Everest once
Did you really? 😱
Do you remember how it was?
Fascinating
I’ve gone to several in Estes Park Colorado but I can’t remember any names
