Donald Trump thinks all African countries are shitholes, and since he probably thinks Albania is in Africa, between Guyana and Mongolia, then he probably assumes it's one. I know where it is, but I've never been there - and so I have no idea what it's like.

Kinda. It's better than many shitholes from Africa and Asia, but since it was kinda-second/kinda-third world during the cold war it lags behind much of Europe, based on what I've seen. I'd say it is more along the lines of other Muslim shitholes like Eastern Turkey than it is with Africa, the stereotypical shithole.
