Yea. Back in my hippie days we went around barefoot most of the time. I even went to stores and restaurants barefoot. It was so common that some places had a sign that read "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service". A lot of times we'd go in anyway, and sometimes get kicked back out in short order.
