I don't, except in restaurants or other places where the bathrooms are in good form, if they aren't I don't use them.

When I go to the countryside however, I can't expect to get good bathrooms like in the city so I deal with it.

I think the greater toilet disaster for me is when I'm abroad and I can't get water in the toilet there and I forget to bring a bottle of water in. I always do this mistake in the airport especially, it sucks.

Despite all these, I try my best to keep myself hydrated and not holding any pressure in for a long time. I did hold in for hours and hours before... But I would never recommend it.

P. S. "I would never have sex with a girl who did that." dude cmon we all need to use the toilet and sometimes it could just be urgent. I hate it when a bathroom isn't clean but sometimes it's better to compromise. You wouldn't want someone with kidney/colon problems right?
