Pooping in a public restroom? Do you do it?

Do you poop in a public restroom? I've always been scared to do it. If you do it, how do you do it without feeling so exposed? (I do it in like a depatment store or a grocery store so i won't know people) But at work i always have to poop and i hold it. Is there a way i can get over my fear?

Yes I poop in the university toilets all the time. If I gotta poop I gotta poop and I am going to push it out my ass lol. It feels too good afterwards not to. Anyway, I do not care what anyone else thinks, you should not care either, if someone wants to judge you they are just immature. After all they poop to, they probably did one that blocked the plumbing it was so big, stunk the place out worse than a skunk can and turned the bowl completely brown earlier in the day anyway. Sorry not trying to be gross just trying to be a bit light hearted about it. I think what you can do is just go into the toilet at work and think in your mind who cares if someone hears me we all do it, if you start to get tense about someone hearing you just take a few deep breaths in and out to calm yourself down. It will also help relax your muscles and help you poop at work.

Also keep in mind you should never hold in gas or poop. Poop contains rotting food your body needs rid of. It also contains toxins your body needs to get rid of. Holding gas or poop in can damage your insides and can even lead to a person need major operations to save their life. Just think is it worth risking this just for someone that maybe immature about the fact someone is pooping? It both gas and poop is waste you body needs you to dump strait away.

Lol I have a funny story about a public toilet, so me and some of my girls had a meeting in London and we planned to wear these dresses that are really figure hugging when we went out later that night anyway like idiots we took laxatives to make our stomaches flat and during the meeting we where all dyeing for a crap, so we where having a meeting in the hilton hotel we went to the toilet and did the deed and the cleaner looked at us like what the hell is that smell. Never again will I use laxatives or a public toilet

I try not to. I will always try and wait until I have to go home, but sometimes if I have to really go then I will. I just hate when others walk in (if there are stalls) because I won't go if someone else is in there. I will try and hold it in for as long as possible until they leave.

It happened to me at work once. I had to go because I was in pain. So i went in and someone came in and took her sweet time and I accidentally farted. I heard her leave so I thought I was safe so I went. When I came out of the stall I found her waiting around the corner after I washed my hands. There's a small hallway to the door. She's the biggest gossip in work and looks for anything to talk about people behind their back. I was the works gossip for days. I think it should have looked worse for her and not me. Who the fuck waits in the bathroom? If I know someone I'd pooping I get the hell out of there. She's been known to snoop through people's stuff though. It was just so damn embarrassing. I hate that bitch.

Yes but when I do I flush for every poop so it reduces the smell
Some people wait until they are completely done pooping and then they wipe which in my opinion makes the smell linger. Girls bathrooms are gross

The toilet is there for me to poop and pee. I'm not going to just do one of it. I poo everywhere. I layer the seat twice and sit. If I know it's big, I flush as i let it go so no one hears it. It's really that easy.

I prefer to do it at home, it is uncomfortable for me, one time I was wearing a sleeveless bodysuit with pants, I was in a shopping center and I wanted to go to the bathroom so I looked for an empty bathroom and I went to the last cubicle to have more privacy since since I was wearing a bodysuit I had to undress, it was super uncomfortable, literally the upper part of my body was naked since I took off the bodysuit and pants, lowered them to my knees and sat on the toilet, half my body was exposed and I didn't have a bra so I had to cover my breasts with my hands, I wanted to get out of the bathroom quickly but since I was pooping it took me longer.
