Any time you see "COY" at the start of an abbreviation/hashtag, just assume that it means "Come On You"... Soccer fans aren't the most creative when it comes to hashtags, so about 90% of them will start with that...

The other part of their genius is when they do a "TID" after the initials of their club, meaning "Til I Die" (these are the same fans that threaten to walk away from the club when they're not happy with the way their club is being run - and they fail to see the hypocrisy of it all!!!)
