Is the "dip" a romantic dance move?

I was woundering that if your dancing with someone and you "dip" them is it a romantic dance move? I have heard that not all "ballroom" dances are romantic because you have siblings dance and father's dancing with there daughters at weddings and special events. Also would having the girls hands on both of the guys shoulders be considered romantic or just a normal dance?

To me it's all sexual/romantic once you're talking any dance where two bodies are very close to each other. A cute and innocent dance to me doesn't have that embrace to it, like the guy is just holding the girl's hand. He might twirl her around but doesn't follow that up pulling her close to him, face-to-face, after.

At the heart of dancing for me is often romance and sexuality though. I think it's why it's often between male and female (assuming heterosexual pair). Of course there are cutesy fun dances between siblings, between adult and child, but anything very serious in my opinion is going to be rather sexual and romantic in nature as I see it, with dancing in many contexts somewhat being a physical expression of romance and sexuality.

I think so, and it tends to work its way towards a kiss, or at least the allure and thought of one.

Ah! That's true! I just wanted to make sure I know the difference between family dances and romantic dances 😂 I also thought as dances in general to be romantic too.
